After a long separation, the orphaned bear was reunited with his rescuer

After a long separation, an orphaned bear was reunited with his savior.

While to some people, an 800lbs giant bear is nothing more than a monster to others, it is a kind, loving and compassionate animal that other human caretakers have shown it to be. And in this poignant video, they show bears for what they are – gentle giants

Sonya, the bear, lost her parents at a very young age. Fortunately, the animal was rescued and comforted at the Orphan Wildlife Center in Otisville, New York.

There, she quickly befriends the staff, but there is one person that Sonya has an incredible crush on. The bear and his human caretaker, Jonathan, once had a strong relationship.

Unfortunately, for some reason, the rescuer left the center.

Sonia and her best friend haven’t seen each other in years. But recently, Jonathan visited her to see if she remembered him.

The moment they met for the first time after many years was touching.

The rescued bear remembers the man who drove his car and the cute games they used to play. They hugged each other and played like two happy children. What a beautiful reunion!

“When she was little, Jonathan was one of her caregivers,” says the adorable videographer.

“He hadn’t seen her in years, but he saw her recently to see if she remembered him.

Not only did he remember Jonathan, but he also remembered the game he used to play as a child.
